John Brownhill and Amanda Guest, the brother and sister team behind Food4Heroes has been honoured in the Queen’s birthday honours list with a British Empire Medal. This award reflects the incredible work carried out by hundred’s of volunteers throughout the pandemic and although John and Amanda receive this award, it would not be possible without the enormous contribution and support from talented and committed individuals across the UK.
We hope the media spotlight on food4heroes over the coming days will increase the awareness of what we continue to do and to highlight our future plans.
