Emmy Coates a drama student from London has been so inspired by the work carried out by Food4heroes, that she volunteered to create some videos for our food education programme, working with her dad Martyn who is a TV Director. So far two videos have been produced. The first one shows how to make a delicious cottage pie for £1.12 per person and the second a chicken casserole for £1.32. Both videos have been uploaded to the Food4heroes You Tube site and are being sent to our service users and publicised on social media. The recipes have been inspired by Emmy’s granny and its worth checking out an unusual addition to the cottage pie, to give it extra flavour and make the meal go further. .
